Witnessed absolutely disgraceful behaviour at Fix Auto Newport. Avoid this place. I was with a friend collecting his BMW after a repair, and what I witnessed was shocking. The workmanship was appalling — dull paintwork, visible dirt under the lacquer, misaligned rear privacy glass, and new scratches on panels that were untouched during the original damage. I took my car there because a scratch on the bumper. I was told I had to pay £25 for someone to have a look at it in the car park and the £25 pounds will come off the final bill. Having many other quotes from other reputable garages with the highest price being £400 they came back with a price of £1.100. I suppose it was a guarantee of the £25 for someone to walk across the car park with me.
