This is my new and updated review. I received a very nice call from the new manager Sunny and he offered to right the wrong from before. Today was that day and I have now given them five stars! My car is beautiful inside and out and smells great! Your team did some quality detailing today and I am very pleased. Thanks to Sunny and the team at 10 Bentley for getting this done for me.
Wow. Amazing customer service is all I can say. I brought my truck in thinking I had to get a rental for a couple of days so they could fix it. The manager (Sunny I believe) came out to inspect the truck and saw that I had my kids car seats, all my work stuff, and everything in the car to transfer over - he went to chat with his techs and they got me in on the spot to fix everything. Just got my truck back after a minor accident. Great job as always.
Had some work done here through insurance and these guys claimed to have done a "complimentary detailing" of my car, I guess leaving the trash from the damaged ignition and a horrible mechanics smell is a detailing, they literally only wiped down the steering column and left trash, wires, plastic pieces and other bits and pieces of my car behind for me to clean. They only got a second star because the employee at the front desk was friendly and kind.
