My brand new truck with 2000 miles was damaged by a deer. Fix auto tried to give me the the "repaired" truck after 4 weeks with door misaligned, chips in the paint at door edges, peeling and bubbling mylar paint protective film, interior of truck full of paint/body process dirt and dust, wheels and rims with over spray etc. Missing screws in wheelwell that they worked on. Currently they are trying to make it right. So far the entire experience from estimate to now has been about 6 weeks. Im still waiting.
They communicated throughout the process, which was extremely helpful.Example: after taking the broken part off the car, they call and informed my that there was addition damage and parts needed to be ordered, that could take extra time, they also communicated with the rental car company, so that way I did not have to deal with keeping them updated as well also. Gloria, Adam and the team did an excellent job repairing my Ram Promaster after I got in a collision. Excellent communication, great work, very capable team. A State Farm select service provider as well! Got my inspection done quick and completed the work in a very timely manner. They made sure it was all good to go before my long drive I had once I picked her up. Can not recommend this shop enough!
