Two stars are the most generous rating I can give. I was involved in an accident, and my insurance company referred me to this repair shop, a decision I deeply regret. Initially, I was told that the repairs would take two weeks. However, due to a lack of space in their garage, they moved my car to Île des Sœurs (thankfully on a tow truck) without informing me. They are of non competitive nature with other businesses and charge a fees of $60+ tax for ‘estimation’ of repair which is non refundable and ‘adjustable’ within what estimated cost they give you. I wasted my trip to this place after scheduling an appointment and this ‘hidden’ cost was never mentioned beforehand or I would have never wasted my time visiting this place. This was my experience. The front desk person was nice though. Zero stars and support from me to any anti consumer policies practising business.
