When I picked up my car, I noticed a scratch on the drivers mirror, the lady at the front tried to tell me that it was already there so I asked her to check the paper I signed on during drop off when we together inspected the car for marks and scratches. The drawings showed no mark on any of the mirrors but she insisted that she just missed it during the check up. So they asked me to comeback another day to have a detailer fix it. A few years ago had windshield replaced at this location. They were paid for OEM glass but installed an aftermarket glass which fogs up in a certain spot all the time. They were even paid OEM price according to the insurance company. They also scratched my hood and did the most horrible touch up job using store bought paint. DO NOT VISIT THESE GUYS. SCAMMERS!
Our insurance providers preferred shop. Have never had any major concerns and they are quick to provide explanations, with supporting paperwork. Staff are experienced and informative/supportive. Had a sensor issue and was dealt with promptly on the spot- hard to get this kind of knowledgeable service these days! Highly recommend!
