The owner Steve just called my buddy at work trying to intimidate him about a negative review he left. Steve promised to install an aftermarket bumper but secretly reinstalled the old one that had a broken backside (insurance fraud). Steve goes on saying he was "hurt" by the negative review and that he bought a new bumper and that "this should be a lesson" to the customer. Complete joke of a body shop. Took my car in to get a rear bumper fully replaced. The owner assured me he's ordering in a new after market part. Instead of doing that, they took my broken bumper and repaired it, leaving the back side of it (the interior bracket) damaged and makes it impossible to get the rear sensor fixed. Don't trust what these people tell you.
Came with my brother. He only came here because of the so called stellar reviews. The only thing the owner, the guy you have to deal with can do well is, make excuses and blame every one else for his mistakes. Look in the morror and fix yourself dude. It's called responsibility and accountability. You did a crap job on my brother’s repair!
One of most prolonged, most incompetent, worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Took 8 months to repair our vehicle. Had to go back 4 separate times and get insurance heavily involved with ensuring we had this done correctly. Had our 2024 vehicle very noticbly painted in different colours.When we brought up it was mismatched, we were told it wasn't, then it was the dealer's fault, and that it couldn't be fixed.
