I just had my vehicle in after I discovered a “bump” on my rear bumper. Steve and his team did a good job working out the dent and fixing a scratch I had from a tree limb falling down on the side of my car. He was very good at customer service and they did a great job. Steve is “the man” to deal with. Professional and caring ( a great combination nowadays).
Great customer service. Jeff came all the way to our home in Muskoka to drop off personal items from our car. Highly recommend

I got into a pretty solid accident and wasn’t sure if my truck would ever be the same. Steve and his team made it better then it ever was before, everything is gorgeous and you can really tell they took the time to do it right instead of rushing through half assing it all. Steve was amazing to deal with and felt like he always had my best interest in mind and sincerely cared about my truck. Thank you so much team.
These guys had me waiting over 4 MONTHS!! Just to tell me they can’t do the work due to “Staffing shortages” My car was hit in April, it’s now August and they just called me to say the work isn’t getting done. And then they wanna catch an attitude with me over the phone because I’m calling to much? It’s been 4 months why wouldn’t I be calling everyday? 4 months after an accident I’m starting from scratch because of Fix Auto’s incompetence. Terribly ran business.
