No communication! been told by fmg today that they did not want to do the repair, after waiting 2 weeks with no communication. Absolutely gutted, now have to travel to far for my repairs
This company were hired by my insurance company to fix my vehicle. It’s been just over a year and the vehicle is finally fixed! They initially said they couldn’t source the part for my vehicle. They said it was on back order. I only ever received updates when I chased them. They then contacted me in August (11 months after promising to complete the work) to say they had the part after finally sourcing it from eBay (I’m unsure why they didn’t do this months before). The team at Fix Auto were very responsive when dealing with my car that went in for repair, and they promptly delivered a courtesy car to keep me on the road. The work was completed to a very good quality: it looks better than when I first bought it.

I actually had my car repaired by Fix Auto over a year ago, but have only just realised I didn't give them a review! (Red MG SUV) Fantastic, efficient, quick service made all the more easier by them collecting and delivering your vehicle. They managed to turn around a fairly nasty dent within a week.
