Fix Auto Manchester recently repaired my Audi to a high standard and kept me updated regularly throughout the process. They are very professional and friendly. Having the lifetime guarantee and certified paperwork provides peace of mind. Lynne on reception was particularly friendly and caring upon collection/handover. I have already recommended this repair centre to other Audi owners.
Firstly, I had requested additional repair works to be carried out on my vehicle, which were discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of the service. However, upon receiving my car back (4 weeks later), I discovered that these additional works were not performed as requested.
