Let me start by saying that I chose this company based on their impressive number of 5-star reviews. I felt confident entrusting my vehicle to them, especially after it was damaged by someone who carelessly drove out of a parking bay while my car was already parked—I honestly don’t know how that person has a license. Back to Fix Auto: the repairs overall were decent, but unfortunately, they removed and disposed of my factory-installed reverse camera, which was not part of the scope of repairs, and did so without notifying me... read more
Got transferred here from rac broken window on a golf gti was told they had to remove a spoiler so got transferred here they ripped apart all the plastics and broke the plastic window cover I had to protect it and when I asked to have my car put back together thu outright refused calling a waste of time very unhappy with the rude way in which they handle there customers
