Came here because RAC allocated the job here. Reception is very courteous. Assessor was prompt and explained what needed doing. Date booked in for the job and date of job completion was set easily. Reminder SMSs and calls from reception on vehicle being ready for collection was good. Date for pick up of vehicle was as booked and no delay. Very happy with the job.
