I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company—easily the worst customer service I’ve encountered in Mackay. I was told directly by staff that the poor workmanship on my vehicle was due to the workshop rushing jobs to get them out the door. After waiting approximately 12 weeks for replacement parts, several items were still not replaced—and in some cases, not even ordered. Great service and car was available for pick up earlier then expected. They made the entire process simple and stress free. Would recommend.
The first time i walk in here, the lady look really angry, and shout at me and when i tell her what i need, she is really really impatient make me down and i feel not be listening , i don't want to talk more, and out of there. Im not happy with the customer service here
