Garage pourri. J'ai amener ma ioniq 5. Ils m'ont dit que ça prendrais 5 jours. Ils ont envoyés mon véhicule a Pointe-Claire pendant 3 semaines. Je l'ai récupéré et la porte de valise est mal installée. Les lumières a l'intérieur aussi. Un morceau est brisé. Je ne suis plus capable de localiser le véhicule avec l'application. L'auto est pire qu'avant que je l'amène là-bas ! Je suis en attente de leur retour mais c'est sérieusement ridicule a quel point ils ont scraper mon véhicule en plus de me faire perdre mon temps a devoir... read more
Excelente, good service, in 2 hours was done. Like new
Service très décevant ou bien même inexistant. Rendez-vous inutile, perte de temps totale. Aucune organisation ils m’ont pourtant été recommandé par mon assurance. La voiture de courtoisie prévue au départ est inexistante le jour J. On vous fait attendre pour au final ne pas en avoir. Si vous avez du temps à perdre, allez-y. Sinon, il y a de bien meilleurs garages à côté également partenaires des assurances.
