I took my Nissan 2020 Qashqai for estimate to them . There was a scratch on passenger side rear door and work on the mirror . They provided me with an estimate of $ 6409 after a week . I could get this work done for $ 1300 at a body shop in Windsor I had called them to understand the estimate but they did not want to discuss and justified the estimate . I told that if they were not interested in small job then they should let me know upfront and not push a very high estimate I am not planning to use them any more
How do you email someone to book an appointment without specifying a time… Pretty poor communication. All in all, not the worst but not the best.
These guys went above and beyond repairing my cars bumper. Highly recommend.
I took my vehicle to Fix Auto for a cracked windshield. They were very prompt in replying when I submitted photos for an estimate, and booking an appointment. The staff I worked with very professional and friendly. And as an added bonus, they initially said my car may need to be in their shop for 24 hours, but I picked up my vehicle the same day! Highly recommend!
