Very slow in service. It took them 2 months to give appointment to change bumper through insurance. Not satisfied at all.
Took late model car for estimate. Called after 4 days to find out why no estimate nor follow-up. Was told they will get to it. Over a week later, still no estimate nor follow-up. Very poor service and went with same day shop who gave same day estimate and followed with telephone call.
I took my Nissan 2020 Qashqai for estimate to them . There was a scratch on passenger side rear door and work on the mirror . They provided me with an estimate of $ 6409 after a week . I could get this work done for $ 1300 at a body shop in Windsor I had called them to understand the estimate but they did not want to discuss and justified the estimate . I told that if they were not interested in small job then they should let me know upfront and not push a very high estimate I am not planning to use them any more
How do you email someone to book an appointment without specifying a time… Pretty poor communication. All in all, not the worst but not the best.
