If I could give -1000 stars I would. Brought my car in July 2023 after a simple accident. The car took over a month with little updates unless I called myself. Every time I called I was told “a few days”. Then when it was ready on friday evening I couldn’t pick it up right away and they called me Monday morning saying “they can’t keep it forever and will start charging a storage fee”. DO NOT COME HERE. It’s a scam. My mom asked if there was any extra fees with the car rental and they just told her there will be $300 charge if returned with pet hair, or damaged etc. THEY DID NOT ASK HER IF SHE WANTED INSURANCE. When she returned the car, they charged her the highest daily insurance rate for the duration of the car rental, close to $1000 total. They deny that they didn’t ask her if she wanted this insurance. After asking around, this has happened to several other people as well.
