My car was supposed to be repaired in 5 days it instead took over two weeks and was returned to me worse off. The paint on the roof looked terrible. My windscreen repair is not sealed properly and had slipped down on one side. Their communication skills are terrible. All up this situation will have taken well over a month for a simple paint repair, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
The staff were friendly & polite. The actual service provided was not so great. It was a minor repair, they had the car 9 days. The packaging from the spare parts used were left in the boot. A few days later & not having used the car I had a flat battery. This was caused by a rear door not being closed properly.... I don't use the back doors.
Dropped vehicle in for repair and they had our temporary rental can ready for us to drive home. Very well organised they explained how long the repair should takes and understood to keep us informed. Very professional and polite staff too!
