I dropped by unannounced with a side window not closing properly on the reefer van, in this extremely cold weather this was not good , as I was concerned about the produce on board. In a matter of a few minutes my van was pulled into the bay and not long after I was back on the road again with no frozen vegetables. Had a busted head lamp from a fender bender, they quoted me over $4000 to fix it, telling me I would need a new bumper and hood, etc and that my insurance would write it off as a total loss. Also told me it was illegal to drive it. Took it to a different shop in town - they replaced and installed it for $600 and assured me it wasn’t illegals to drive as the lamp although the plastic casing was busted, the light was still working.
