I had been having trouble finding a place to get my son’s spoiler put on. I called Fix Auto and I was able to pop by right away to see if they could do it. The gentleman I spoke to was able to explain exactly what would be done and the precautions like rust proofing around the drill holes etc. This was on a Thursday and I was able to drop the car off on Tuesday morning. The cost was fantastic and the spoiler looks great with no complications/issues.

If I could give a zero -- I would. They have had my son's car since December 10, 2024 and are saying that they are waiting on an oil pan with no ETA. I personally have called 3 Volkswagen dealerships, with one being Valley Volkswagen 2 kms from them and all tell me they can have oil pans for the car within 3 days. O'Regons Volkswagen on Kempt Road has an oil pan in stock at the moment as well!. So Fix Auto is lying. Absolute terrible service. Front end repair, bumper was a different colour , hood not aligned properly . Terrible workmanship. Took it back their excuse was bumper was plastic so colour hard to match to the fenders, although as I pointed out so are the fenders . They said they would call me in November to correct the paintwork, never heard a thing more from them. Would definitely never go back there.
