I had to get my front bumper replaced and in terms of timing, fix auto was great and completed in a timely manner. I received updates with my car progress and had no issues with drop off or pick up. However, I noticed that when I picked up my car that my front bumper did not seem to be inserted correctly. On one side, it noticeably sticks out whereas on the other side it does not. I was pretty disappointed when I saw that.
Had some bumper damage repaired here. They kept me informed every step of the way and the car was ready when they said it would be. Also my car didn't have any bad odor inside as I've had happen at other shops.

My husband and I were recently in an accident where our car was deemed a total loss, and they stayed in communication with us through the whole assessment and evaluation process, keeping my mind at ease through a challenging time. They were so kind, and very good at explaining what was going on day-to-day to keep us updated.
