I was in a car accident, and my insurance company asked me to bring my car in for a damage assessment. Gord at Fix Auto was fantastic. He walked me through every step of the process clearly, explained what to expect, and made the entire experience completely stress‑free. His professionalism, honesty, and genuinely kind personality really stood out. I highly recommend working with Gord and the Fix Auto team. And I look forward to getting my car repaired with this team!

I went here for an estimate, I came back two times because there was an error uploading on their end the first time. That’s no problem. It was just after that made it a headache. I told them I wanted to communicate via email because my work makes it hard to answer calls. They called me one time, no voicemail. I proceeded to call them back - no answer - then I called them the next day - no answer. For the past two weeks I tried calling them are random intervals - no answer. I send them the email and still waiting back.

So contacted my insurance and they provided a claim num... read more
