I went here for an estimate, I came back two times because there was an error uploading on their end the first time. That’s no problem. It was just after that made it a headache. I told them I wanted to communicate via email because my work makes it hard to answer calls. They called me one time, no voicemail. I proceeded to call them back - no answer - then I called them the next day - no answer. For the past two weeks I tried calling them are random intervals - no answer. I send them the email and still waiting back.

Visited this business twice to try to get what I believe was minor damage to the front driver's side bumper and fender area assessed. Damage was caused by a hit and run to our Subaru while it was parked. The other driver left a note with their contact information which was great. However first visit to Fix Auto they refused to look at the damage until our insurance coverage was assigned to them. I had hoped we could pay directly, without making a claim, if it was minor. Poor quality of work Paint started peeling off the next day of getting the car and had to get it fixed again and they weren't even sorry for the poor work and started blaming glue they used. On top of that really rude people work there so just try not to deal with this location.
