I had minor damage to my rear bumper that I avoided getting fixed out of hesitancy to spend a lot of $ for something cosmetic. We took it to Fix Auto for a same day appointment. The service guy was busy and accidentally forgot about us for about 20 minutes but then was so apologetic and fixed it for free. Great customer service. They’ll be getting my future business (although hopefully I won’t need it!)
Charles and his team do an amazing job! If you are needing car repair, Fix Auto Interbay will get your car 100% again in a fast and friendly manner. They are awesome!
I had a pretty bad dent that left my car without paint to the quarter panel on my Subaru Outback. They did such an incredible job with the repair, that I was blown away while picking it up. Charles is a pleasure. He is super friendly, patient, did a great job communicating delays. He was able to get my car in right away from the repair and had by far the fastest turn than any other shop I got quotes from. I could not be more happy with the work I had done.
