Charles was polite, professional and made my truck look good as new without cutting any corners. Highly recommend!
Charles is great. Pragmatic and honest. I had a minor repair needed and he got it done efficiently with options to keep costs down.
I am absolutely not satisfied with the service I received at this shop and strongly recommend that you avoid it. Unfortunately, this shop is near my place, so I went there for convenience, but the man who looks Asian was extremely rude and overcharged me without prior agreement. On the last day, he suddenly demanded more money. Some of my friends also went there for an insurance damage estimate, but since they didn’t get their car repaired at this shop, the shop told the insurance company that there was no damage to the car.... read more
Absolutely floored with how easy the process was. Car looks great after, and I couldn't be happier with the level of respect and service I received. In particular, I don't have rental coverage so I was renting separately, but they allowed me to return my Enterprise rental at the shop instead of having to do-si-do around with the original return location, which was above and beyond what I was expecting! Thank you!
My car looks like new, super happy with how everything turned out! This was my first time needing auto body work and I went to a bunch of different shops for quotes/advise. Charles was so helpful during my initial assessment and explained all my options in detail. He also kept me updated on the progress the entire time my vehicle was there and drop off and pick up were super smoothly. Would highly recommend!!
