The receptionist Tatyana for really rude to me and my wife. Very disrespectful. Trying to yell at me, when I said what kinda service I need.
Very unfriendly, rushed and even judgmental service. I came in yesterday to get an estimation for repairs. The secretary was immediately disrespectful when I arrived, told me my appointment was canceled and showed me a paper that said “annulé” on it which was obviously not mine. The other secretary interjected and said she knows about my appointment. I said it was booked the same day by my insurance company so maybe that’s why they don’t have my papers yet.
