After bumping my car into a pointless bollard, Fix Auto Henley were the allotted repairers through my insurance company and they have done my car proud especially Lori who demonstrates a high level of customer care and Dave the driver who was very professional. I did have my reservations at the start as my car features three stage crystal paint, but the professionals at Fix Auto got it just right, I would definitely recommend them
I am so happy with the repairs to my car following an accident. The company kept me informed on the progress of the repairs and the courtesy car given was very good. My car now looks fantastic like the day I picked it up from the showroom! A very big thank you to all who worked on my Audi Q2 and a special thank you to Dave who picked up and brought back the car, as the representative for your company he was great. Wow Fix Auto Henley on Thames, what a great auto body repair shop! I arrived this morning having dislodged the front end of my Mercedes,after hitting my garage on the way out on the school run. I was seen immediately and they managed to secure the front back onto my car. The level of skill and customer service I received was simply amazing ! I can’t thank them enough. Brilliant job after a non fault accident, very happy with the service.
The repair was excellent to my car, I cannot fault the quality of the repair to my vehicle at all. However.. They really need to sort out their courtesy car situation. My experience with this was poor. Firstly, I was only offered a manual Corsa when I specifically requested an automatic as my partner has an automatic only license and needed to drive my car. The reason I was told was because all of their automatics were having their MOT.. not sure why all the cars would have this on the same day, that feels like poor planning... read more
