Fix auto has done repairs on several of my vehicles and they always do a fantastic job.
This is an updated review. Having unfortunately been in an auto accident on July 15th that was the other party's fault, there was absolutely no question about where we would take our car for repairs: Fix Auto. Extremely disappointed with this shop. I brought my car in for service and when they returned it to me, the lift gate had stopped working. It was working perfectly fine before I dropped my vehicle off, and somehow I left with a new problem that wasn’t there before. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. If a vehicle is in your care and something stops working while it’s there, you should take responsibility and make it right. Really grateful to Kristi from Fix Auto Hemet. My 2018 CRV was broken into, leaving shattered glass all over my car. She was patient and answered my 500 questions, she helped me through the process of getting my insurance claim started, and when they finished all the broken glass was gone and it was done the same day.
Everyone at Fix Auto have been so kind and helpful! They provided 10/10 service and went above and beyond. Shout out to Breanna and Kristy!
