Overall what a very pleasant experience associated with a sad and sorrry misshap with my wife's car. We took the car to Fix Auto Harlow for Martine to give us a quote to repair the damage. We found Martine, Abbie and their male colleague (hose name I don't know unfortunately) very friendly, helpful and professional. Martine's quote was very reasonable so we went ahead and dropped the car in on 25th November.
