This is a temporary review based on what I am experiencing. Over promise and under deliver seems to be the theme here. While I understand that there were issues with parts. Having the deadlines always pushed out and keeping the car for over a month and a half is not acceptable. They indicated to me they were waiting on a part, that came in 2 weeks ago. Any reasonable shop would understand this is behind schedule and make some sort of reasonable push to meet the promise date, instead they won't give me an eta. I am thinking a... read more
The whole team kept me informed the whole process, and even helped return the rental car at the end. My car looked brand new after the repairs. 10/10 they have my highest recommendation.
