I went here for an initial quote to insurance after a fender bender. The shop missed a bunch of damage on the quote, so I asked them to reopen the quote so they could more accurately scope the claim. Riley, the manager said he understood and would do it, but has now been dodging my calls and emails for over a month. I have been courteous and professional through this exchange, so it’s a little ridiculous that I’m being treated this way. I can’t say I would recommend a shop that conducts business in this manner.

Final review, no changes and would give a negative if possible . Over promise and under deliver seems to be the theme here. While I understand that there were issues with parts. Having the deadlines always pushed out and keeping the car for over a month and a half is not acceptable. They indicated to me they were waiting on a part, that came in 2 weeks ago. I would never recommend anyone to fix the auto in gig harbor. I was without my car for 2 months and 3 days. I was told I had my car in maximum 4 weeks even put down a down payment so they can order the parts early that didn't happen. It was never updated with my car until I started getting something about upset about it and asking them and calling them each and every day. It was just very unprofessional, horrible experience
