Parce que je n'ai pas le choix sinon ce serait -10. La pire expérience que j'ai eu depuis que j'ai une auto, donc plus de 50 ans. Directeur peu courtois, mon pare-brise a été endommagé dans leur atelier et même avec des preuves à l'appui il a continué à mentir que cela a été fait avant que ma voiture rentre dans leur garage. En plus on répondra que si je ne suis pas satisfaite je n'ai qu'à contacter le service des plaintes, hahaha! Jamais je ne recommanderai cette entreprise à quelqu'un. The best service! I hit a deer while vacationing from the States. I was in need of an emergency temporary repair in order to safely drive my family home. This team got my vehicle in immediately, and on a Friday!, and successfully fixed and secured the loose parts so that I could safely transit home. I am so grateful!
