Overall I’m happy with the check in, the follow up texts, and finally the repair outcome.The only thing I’m not happy about was the scratches on the door & bumper after. I have a video of my suv before I submitted it - the scratches weren’t there when I dropped it off. Hoping to get this touched up! Update: I appreciate the QUICK response and follow up from the shop to touch my suv up. Update to an update: Thank you for the quick response, touching up my suv, I am glad I got connected with you all! I’ll be sure to recommend!
