Fantastic customer experience across the board from my first interaction with them to them doing fantastic work on our Lexus. Appreciate them since they were easy to deal with during the entire process. We are first timers and we will be back (if necessary only😀). I also appreciated the text updates to keep us updated on the progress of the work. They were extremely professional and we highly recommend this company. More companies need to understand how to work like them.
Fix Auto was professional and prompt in their assessment and estimate for repair. Steven was quick to respond with his communication and I appreciated the daily communication from Fix Auto once the repair work began, updating me on the status including the finish date. Lynn at the front desk was organized and clear as to what part of the repair I would owe and what part insurance covered so there was never any question about the final payment. Highly recommend and would use them again!
I chose Fix Auto to perform the body repairs on my car after researching the company’s local history, their favorable customer reviews/comments and stellar BBB rating. I was not disappointed with the work that was performed. From drop off to pick up, they made the process easy, and regularly kept me updated on the progress of the work. My car looks like new again!
