Moving to Alaska made me truly grateful for the things I took for granted In the lower 48. One of those things being customer service, which I’ve mostly experienced poor quality of. Fix auto since day 1 has been my go to place for car repairs and I wish there was one in my home town. They work with my flexible schedule and they’re always eager to find solutions to my problems.
The manager is condescending and abrasive, I had some work done to my vehicle via an insurance claim and repairs included the airbags, I was recently involved in a head on frontal collision and not a single one deployed. When I called to question it and find out if I should have the vehicle brought over he had told me to take it to a dealer and to call a lawyer. Asked if I was hurt when I said no then he said I had nothing to complain about. Poor customer service skills!
We got the call that our vehicle was ready for pick up in which we came in 2 hours to get it. My car was sitting outside with snow on it which meant that it had been sitting for a couple of days unplugged. my car does not start if it's been in the cool. We pay for my vehicle and went outside to start my car and sure enough my car battery was completely died. I was soo mad! They did a fantastic job . I'll post before and afters. They were polite.. I had to go 4 stars cause there was a little confusion on there part on my estimate and I feel IMO it took a little longer then it could have but I have been called impatient once or twice in my life lol. The work was well done and they did make efforts to make right on the estimate confusion. I'd recommend them to anyone needing body work.
Dealing with Driven Auto Body was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a body shop. Their service was fast and their employees were extremely helpful. A+
