Awesome place, friendly staff, and prompt information when it comes to my vehicle. 10 / 10 would get my car totalled again
I will not even give this establishment one single star. My car that I have had since April of this rear needed rear body repairs. I picked it up and now I will have to replace my windshield since during the repair work my windshield now has chips all across it. The PIC made many excuses, was rude, and wanted to showcase her inability to have basic customer service. Would not suggest trusting this establishment. I had to choose a star to get this posted.
Sadly I have had to use this place multiple times, once in a body shop is enough. However, they do great work and have an amazing staff. All the work they did for me after the different accidents returned my vehicle to at or better condition than the time of the accidents and they held their value after repairs. They do great work.
After the replaced, and repainted hatchback door, it looks Better than we bought our previously owned car! I'm Very Happy with the results :D
My car was ready on time, and I got regular updates on their progress.
