Jenny was absolutely amazing. From the time our vehicle arrived at the shop after an accident to when we picked it up Jenny kept us informed at every step. The work performaned was perfect and our vehicle was back on the road as good as new.
Fast efficient professional. I took in my Volvo S40, it had a rear end collision, however due to age it had to be written off. They were so kind, assuring me parts would be recycled. Very sad event for me, I loved my car, but they made it bearable with their empathetic attitude. Thank you
Went to this location in Etobicoke to get a quote on a fender repair. They didn't even take the time to price out the replacement part and just told me it is a big job and told me me the cost to repair is $2800 -$3000 and told me to go through insurance. This was double of what the 5 other body shops quoted me. Poor customer service.
My car was broken into and I took it to Fix Auto Rexdale. Brian Holliday was so easy to deal with and my repair was done to perfection and in a timely fashion can’t recommend this place enough Thx again
