We’ve had the best experience here ! Unfortunately our car was hit multiple times and we’ve used Fix auto and the team three times now . Katie who managed things is amazing and made the process to easy and seamless . The work was done extremely well and in a timely fashion. Katie even coordinated the rental etc . Highly recommended the team here ! 10/10

Stopped by to get quick insights on my vehicle for a service they couldn't provide. The receptionist was welcoming and spoke to the experienced estimator, Craig, who suggested a fix while being personable. Despite not providing my business here, they went out of their way to help me. That's what a reputable and trustworthy business with good people sounds like.

Katie and Catlin were excellent to work with, and the car repair was flawless. I would definitely come here again, although hope not to need their services!
