I found the staff very professional and customer-oriented. Benjamin was extremely helpful in resolving the issue with the door ding that required some touch-ups. The turnaround time was quick and hassle-free. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone.
The owner of this shop is a rude and ignorant maniac, tore off at excessive speeds, spitting rocks from his wheels of his old bright red porsche... angered an entire company outdoor bbq across the street... Meanwhile, I was getting an estimate done for over $11,000 in work at the shop, he was upset that I mentioned to my estimator that a crazy person was ripping around from their shop, and approached me threateningly, yelling, and absolutely out of control. Had a great experience here the guys are very easy to work with. Had a tricky situation with 2 crashes on the same vehicle with one being from a city of Edmonton fire truck. These guys dealt with it quickly and efficiently.
I had my Tundra in for Hail damage and the guys were great, kept me in the loop throughout the process and fixed a couple of other dents that were there from door dings. Truck came back clean and looked great. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing bodywork done. Thanks again guys!
