Don't waste your time here. I brought my car in a few weeks ago for an appraisal after an accident. A couple days later I got the go ahead from my insurance to book the repairs. Over the past two weeks I have called this shop multiple times and left multiple messages asking to book my car in, and they have not returned a single call. I understand if they need to order parts or if they're booking quite far out given that it is busy season, but a call back to explain the holdup would have been cool.
