One of the best experiences in the city.
Great experience overall. The two ladies at the front were kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. I was treated well, and their helpful recommendations for rental car companies made the process even easier. Really appreciated the service as they repaired my vehicle ahead of schedule.
I had an excellent experience here. Emily helped me through understanding the process and everything that needed to be done. They were also very professional, making everything much easier in a stressful time, and the communication while my car was getting fixed was fantastic. I’d highly recommend this place!
⸻ If I could I will give zero rates to this shop I had a very disappointing experience at CSN Herbers Downtown. This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. The customer service was poor, and the staff were rude and unprofessional also they are gamer and liars . I do not recommend this body shop, especially for customers dealing with insurance claims.
