The lobby staff are very polite and helpful, but after my car was there for 20 days, I got it back in salvage condition. Even though I bought the battery this year, it was dead when I got it.
Well, I had originally given a poor review. Terry and the management team were in a transition process which led me to believe I would not get much attention. I was dead wrong, in fact they exceeded my expectations for this work. If this is how they will treat Customers going forward, we will be in good hands for auto repairs! I’m very disappointed with the service I received. After my accident in January, I left my car with them for repairs, including a headlight replacement. When I picked up the car, I immediately noticed a gap where the headlight was installed. I pointed this out to the manager the same day, and she assured me she would call me back. Since then, I’ve had to return my car over three times, and despite repeatedly trying to contact them, my calls are ignored.
