The staff is super friendly and helpful. They kept me up to date with texts and called when needed and opinion or extra information to make sure the job was done right! Thank you Herbers! If I need work done again I wouldn’t hesitate to chose this shop!
They did an excellent service and left my car looking like new They are very professional, keep you informed, present different options and listen to the wants. At the end did a wonderful work

If I could give zero stars, I would. I personally witnessed what happened to my friend at CSN Herbers Downtown, and I even went with him to the body shop several times to see what was happening with his vehicle. Based on what I saw, I would not recommend this shop to anyone, especially drivers dealing with collision insurance claims. The customer service was extremely poor.
