This place refused to paint the adjacent panels to blend with the new paint. Insisting tesla will deny the request, I called tesla myself and got it approved. Picked up my car and notice it has alignment issue and called, the receptionist, Carina, saying it is my problem and it don't make any sense because the impact was to the rear. Unfortunately, my 4th visit here has been a terrible experience. My Tesla Model Y has been sitting at the shop for over a month with zero repairs started. The insurance company told me they've been trying to reach the shop with no luck and I've had the same issue. Calls go unanswered, and when I finally got through, I was told to "just email." They finished my car very fast. When I picked up my car was even cleaned they go upon and beyond for their customers. Corina and Daniel were very helpful. I will definitely bring my car here again!
