EDIT: Warranty should have covered your shit job. The door leaked causing rust from inside. Its not even on the surface. Our call was with nicole in dieppe not auto fix canada btw……… Its your paint that rusted, not mazdas. The excuse given was as if we didnt noticed it soon enough, NONE sense, you cannot tell when rust start, but i can tell you it was barely visible when i brought it to you attn in september 2024! Recommended by insurance company. Front bumper was replaced and sprayed. The overall repair process was great (Customer service, arrangement of rental, and time taken to complete repairs) The finished result was a bit disappointing as the paint doesn't match. What I find strange is that the entire front bumper was replaced and painted but, one side is ok while the other side does not match
Train your staff, really disaponting!
We got our car fixed from to minor accidents. The service was great, they did a good job. Receptionist was professional and gave good service. Car rental was provided to us. Things were done on time.
