we had a little incident insanely small and throught the insurance they gave us this company so they could fix it ans they took more than a week im extremely disappointed with this service and will never come back i know a lot more places that would've had my car ready in a few days and these people took insanely long
Got my vehicle fixed through an insurance claim, a lot of misaligned peices, 1st one being my footwell trim the plastics are all messed up and don't align properly 2nd rear bumper edges hang off a few mils from the rear quater, driverside sunshade the light is constantly on. I also noticed if its cold out I get a driver door error certain days which is odd. All in all the car was dropped off on Nov 23rd and got the car back in mid feburary. Would think on a 16,000$ claim the car would be back to "normal"
Got work done car start to rust on door they said to buy a new door and they paint it free stay away from them
Stay away from this place. I was surprised to be charged just for asking for a quote, which is not typical in my experience. It felt unreasonable and left a bad impression. I would recommend clarifying all fees upfront before engaging with them.
Was involved with a hit and run, they busted up her front bumper. She went in to Fix Auto Dieppe on March 16th, and I got her back on the 18th looking shiny and new!!! Thank you for fixing her up for me!
