As other reviewers have said, this company is dishonest and I would never go near them again! I asked for a quote on my rear bumper and asked if they could look at the clips holding my front bumper, which was fitted as new by them and had become detached. I was told that as they offer a lifetime guarantee they will do this for me while I wait. I had a fantastic experience getting my rear bumper fixed here. The only issue was that the receptionist got the appointment dates confused, so I had to reschedule, which was inconvenient. However, apart from that, everything was smooth. It took 9 days to fix, and the estimated time was 10. My rear bumper looked brand new. A massive shoutout to Ian, who drove my car to get it fixed and then brought it back to my house. He’s a very nice guy and was very informative
