They are fast in getting your payment or they will deny repair. But this was submitted for 3rd party insurance(approved) and asking for refund for the payment they are sooooo slow. Not a good business attitude.
Please take this into consideration. Stop putting your money into these big corporations. Support the local shops, local businesses, these people charge big money but dont provide proper services. It will make it extremely harder for local businesses to compete and survive while these bigger companies push this market towards liecenses and more expensive machines and equipment. I had some front bumper damage on my car and took it to Fix Auto Concord. They told me it would take around three weeks, but they finished it in two quicker than expected. Vimal was the guy who helped me very friendly, knows his stuff, and the manager kept me informed the whole time by email there is progress bar URL .
