This place takes forever to fix your car! Go somewhere else! My bill was $2,600, they billed 17 hours of labor and it took 11 days to get my car back. Seriously, go somewhere else. At first they said it would take 8 days which was ridiculous. On the 8th day I call and say can I pick up my car. The lady said they ordered a part that came in damaged and it would take longer. No one called or texted me to tell me this. They do not care how long they take. 11 days!
My husband and I took our car here for repairs after someone hit me on the freeway, and Fix Auto made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. They were fast, great with communication and are really pleasant people. They even cleaned the car inside and out! 10/10 recommend this repair shop
I had such a great experience at Fix Auto Clackamas. Kelsey was so helpful and kind and always kept me in the loop with great communication. Angela is such a bright light when you enter the establishment. My Mazda is back to great condition and they even went above and beyond by detailing my car before returning it to me. So thankful for the team here! Highly recommend.
