I had a door replaced after an accident. The actual door replacement went fine. The low rating is for customer service. I had to wait a while for the part. When I got there for my scheduled service I was told they couldn't do the job because they did not have a painter. But no one had called to cancel. The next time I went there I was forced to wait 50 minutes for the rental car because the receptionist had told them I could wait for another customer who was coming later. So to start off they told me 1.5 to 2 weeks and i foolishly believed them and it turned into 4 weeks if not slightly longer. The job was done good overall. The paint matched and everything looks in the right place and smooth.. However, one complaint I definitely had is the multiple large scratches I found all around the car. The scratches range from a few inches to about a foot, and most of them were in the roof of the car. It took 2 months to get a light sensor switch repaired and 2 months of excuses why a seat cushion couldn't be fixed. Then I was billed for work not done. Thank goodness insurance was on top of it for me
