I'm so happy with the service at Fix Auto East. They were helpful with every step of the process and helped me get a rental car. The job was done before I expected it to be and the extra wash/detail of my interior was a big surprise! They will be my first call next time I need glass or auto body help with my vehicles.
Brought my truck in for a rear ender. They recycled broken parts, trim piece on tailagte flew off on highway almost hit another car. Also threw out a bolt on piece that they said was aftermarket and not icbc covered so didn't replace it (i could've just reattached it myself and pretty sure it was stock). Before I'd realized their shoddy work had brought my wifes car in as someone hit her head on. this is the best place to go. great service, excellent workmanship and even a car wash. the ladies there are soo nice and very helpful. being go here for years now and never a problem and only smiles.
