Very very poor customer service
They Cricked my windshield and saying they didn’t even with the photos that the took before was clearly showing that it was fine before so at the end they just said sorry and told me that we have to file another claim for that and they will pay for some of it, So the costumer service is at zero. Don’t Go there
Got into an accident and decided to come here based off the great reviews this place has a 4.9 rating as of today. Dealt with Dominque throughout the whole process. When I was told my car was ready I came to pick it up. There was an issue: the front bumper was misaligned with the fenders and headlights. There was significant space between the bumper and lights and I even compared it to a car parked next to mines. She said they used an aftermarket bumper and obviously it didn’t fit. My vehicle was parked when a vehicle hit it. I had no time and little patience for what was ahead. Tim's professionalism calmed me, and his frequent calls with informative updates made the ordeal much easier than I had anticipated. Highly recommend!
