DONT EVER GO HERE!!! My car has been waiting to be fixed since JULY 4th it is now Nov 17th. I have given my insurance company all the info they need to get it fixed..when I call the receptionist GIGGLED at me because I told them they glued my rocker panel together without my knowledge and then SCREAMED at me....they glued my driver side rocker panel together where it cracked instead of replacing it they gave me a faulty shock that I had to take back to be replaced and the tire that was damaged they flipped it to the inside o... read more
Had a collision with a deer. Fix It CB did the assessment, contacted and ensured a rental was in place and available. Took great care of my vehicle (I'm a bit fussy) the hood was replaced and painted to perfection. My vehicle was returned to me as clean as when I brought it in for repairs. Highly recommend Brent and his crew. Admin lady was friendly and kept me in the loop for any changes.
Superior customer service from start to finish. Catherine was so supportive, professional and accommodating. Great communication throughout the process. Truck looks brand new and the detailing was a big bonus!
