My parked car was hit by a passing truck and trailer, causing substantial damage to the left rear of the vehicle. The bumper and rear fender were damaged, and the frame was dented from the impact. There was a discrepancy on some repairs and Lyle was able to advocate for me and have the repairs fixed by my insurance company. Kaylyn at the front desk is pleasant. When I brought the car to this garage, they diagnosed it as a bearing/suspension issue but refused to include that repair in the insurance claim. Fix it auto staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with and accomodated me above and beyond. When I noticed a small nick around my taillight fixture, they immediately scheduled me in and took care of it and even accomodated my busy schedule and arranged a last minute shuttle for me to and from my second job. Brought my truck there because insurance company uses them. Had knocking in wheel well was told it was axel paid and knocking was still there. Then told tired paid knocking still persisted. Then was told steering column which was 3000 for part. Getting second opinion.
