They fixed my car even faster than they promised :) They gave a guarantee on the work. Six months after the repair, the paint job still looks great. The staff was pleasant, and the work was quite inexpensive.
Got me in quick and fixed an issue I was having! Staff was super friendly as well.
This place goes above and beyond. Tracy and Richard took excellent care of me, and I am 100% satisfied with the work performed, as well as the price. In fact, Richard even fixed an unrelated issue with my car as a courtesy. Even the office dog was cute.
Front desk staff were pleasant and easy to deal with, but unfortunately that is where the positive experience ends. They had my car for almost a month. When I was called to pick it up, I realized on arrival that some of the concerns I originally raised had not been addressed at all. Don’t even want to give a one star. I am beyond furious with Fix Auto. After an accident, my insurance company sent my vehicle here and they kept it for four months. When they finally called to say it was ready, the repairs were not even close to finished-my hatchback still would not close properly. That was June 2025.
