Had my suv in for an insurance claim and was quoted around $5k for minor cosmetic damage. Dropped it off for repair and was contacted by my insurance a day later saying it was now going to be written off. When I asked Fix Auto what they found that deemed the vehicle as a write off, they told me they found "damaged nuts and bolts". Now I'm out a vehicle, and I have to deal with the struggle of finding something to drive in this terrible car market. Not impressed with them at all. Went in for an estimate for an accident. Just the front right side panel was involved. They listed the side panel, front bumper, right headlight. Over $3000 in damages. Was classed as a write off. What a terrible assessment. I will never go back to this place nor recommend them.
Fix auto is great in both communication and physical body work for my car. I like the repair progress tracker. They provide us when we leave the car and also I really like the way of communications. The paint work is good and gave me some warranty. My repair was covered by my insurance, so it was smooth no hassles. These guys also provide the rental car communications through your insurance
