I recently took my vehicle to Fit Auto Calgary Center based on a recommendation from my insurance company, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. First and foremost, they held my vehicle for over a month and a half without keeping me informed about the status of the repairs. I recently took my vehicle for repair work to Fix auto as it was recommended as a preferred vendor, by my insurance company. My experience was far from stellar and I would urge anyone considering Fix Auto on Bow Trail to consider alternatives. Why such a rating, you ask? Not only did they not paint the entire area of damage, they said they would do a spot touch up of a previous scratch. Which they also failed to do.
