Do you have a Tesla? THEN STOP; DON’T GO! ANYWHERE ELSE!! Brought mine in for a repair and am so beyond pleased with this shop. Cannot believe that people in the local Tesla groups didn’t mention Fix Auto. I will always be bringing my Tesla here for as long as I have a Tesla period.
Took my car in for ICBC repairs and the owner took my case. The team were straightforward, calm, and professional, with honest communication and quiet competence. Everything was done on time, and the work was solid. I didn’t really register it at the time, but looking back, they went above and beyond in a way I really appreciate. Nothing flashy, just thoughtful and grounded, and saved me a lot of unnecessary expense. Highly recommended!
This shop lived up to its positive reviews. The team are all friendly and professional. I had some fairly bad damage on my car and now you can't tell there was ever a scratch there. A courtesy car was arranged at my request. They were responsive when I called in thinking there was an issue related to the service and they spent time to troubleshoot it for me when it was no fault of theirs. My car was returned extremely clean inside and out. Overall I would use them again in a heart beat. Highly recommend!

I had an accident on a Friday and by Saturday morning, even though the shop was closed, I got a call back. From that moment on, the Jagdev went above and beyond my expectations. The attention to detail and the kindness of everyone at this location were truly amazing! They kept me informed throughout the process and made everything feel smooth and stress free.
