I had a wonderful experience with Fix Auto Burnaby South, and I haven't even gotten my car fully fixed yet! I had an at-fault accident a few weeks ago (no one injured thankfully), and it caused my driver door to not open fully, and for my passenger door and hood to not be able to open at all. I was referred by my uncle, who has had his vehicle serviced at this body shop multiple times. However, when I tried to book an appointment myself, the earliest availability was over a month out. I wasn’t willing to wait that long, so I chose to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, they lost a potential customer. I prefer a shop with good service and more reasonable availability
