I was parked waiting at a parking lot and a lady while parking beside me crashed on my passenger door. Contacted my insurance company and I was asked to bring my car to the nearest location of where I live to estimate the damage. Met Jeff, a gentleman. He took pictures and I was told I would be contacted after it’s been estimated. Got an email saying it’s approved and I brought my car to be repaired, got a rental at the spot from enterprise. Amazing service from Jose and team!! Got a hold of them right away, brought the car in for a quick quote and I got the estimate and repair appointment right away. When it was time to leave my car, the rental was ready to go and processed in minutes. My car was repaired faster than the estimated time and it looked as good as new! Great coordination with the insurance and Enterprise car rental (thanks Sana!) Thank you so much Jose, Jeff and Cheryl for the great service!
Great experience with them they repair and clean car perfectly. They also clean my engine sign with no mention. Very great people thank you for good service
