I would rate zero if I could. Worst customer service ever. Waste of my time. They gave me quote to repair my car but they never called back I had to go there again to remind them then again they said we call you to schedule. They did not. I called again and asked for a time to bring the car. First she says it’s too busy this week then next day she says the person that supposed to look for the part is not in . Had my truck fixed after a drunk driver rear ended me at this location. They were amazing from start to finish. Family run business. I wish they did mechanical work so I can go to them for repairs. Very reliable and trustworthy business. I’m writing this review 5 months later because they live rent free in my head.
Had our car in for a long time, there was poor communication with progress or issues. When the headlight they ordered was poor quality, they blamed the insurance company for the delay. The biggest takeaway I can say is, don't use them. I had to bring my car back three times for panel alignment and hood closing issues. I felt forced to change my initial review. I took my car in to have a pretty hefty scratch dealt with. Brian made my car look as good as new for a very fair price. I am very happy with the customer service here. Would definitely recommend.
