We stopped by at short notice to have a small door ding on our rental car checked out before returning it in Calgary. I believe Terry was the name of the person who dealt with me, and he was kind, reassuring, speedy, and very nicely natured. A quick polish and we were on our way feeling 100% calmer, and the car was accepted by the rental company with no issue whatsoever. Thanks again!
