Recently my vehicle was involved in an accident. It was late and I didn’t have a lot of options on a place to drop it off. A friend recommended “Fix-It Black Lake”. Jason and the staff were beyond professional and friendly. They kept me in the loop and answered my questions. They made an uncomfortable situation tolerable and I really appreciated it!
Great customer service. I was kept up to date step by step on repairs. I would recommend to anyone that this is the place to go to.
Customer service was great but the quality of their service could use a lot of work. And no I haven’t called them to complain because I will have to take time off work to have them fix what should have been done before I picked up my car
