They did not repair the rust of the car as they proposed. They told us it would get rid of it but the rust came back after 3 months. When we came back they proposed the same treatment as they did before and charged us 300$ more even though we told them we already did the treatment the first time. Would not recommend.
Went for appointment to have my car looked at after being hit by a snow plow, very quick and honest, just waiting for parts to take it back.
Terrible repair service. It took me 2 months to get an appointment for a repair. The job, which was to replace the bumper, took 1 week. When I received the car, the bumper that was replaced with a new part was scratched and had clearly visible imperfections. They said they would contact me the next day and they didn't. I'm still waiting for the warranty.
They are always busy, so i assume that means they perform good work. I've had 3 repairs done there. 2 were perfect, one needed to go back in because there was an obvious ripple in the clear coat that they applied. They took care of it by the next day, but still probably shouldn't have happened. Overall good experience. Ill be back again.
Extremely satisfied, and the lady at the front desk is very kind. Someone hit and run my car and they made it look like it never ever happened! Trust me it’s worth the wait to go to them if you want it done right. Second vehicle to bring to this location and been extremely satisfied both times. The air freshener is a cute touch too! Thank you again couldn’t be more pleased. Amazing work.
